To respect my time and other clients, I kindly require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.
• Less than 24 hours: 50% of service total
• Same-day cancellation: 75% of service total
• No-call/no-show: 100% of service total
• 15+ minutes late: appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened
• Deposits are non-refundable
